Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns or exchanges only in specific situations, as outlined below.

Returns or exchanges will NOT be accepted for:

Change of mind after purchase

Incorrect size selection by the customer

Color variation due to screen or device display differences

Damage caused after delivery

Items showing signs of wear, washing, or alteration

To be eligible for a return or exchange, the product must be:

Unused, unwashed, and unworn

In original condition with tags and packaging intact

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

Products purchased during clearance or sale offers

Customized or made-to-order clothing (if applicable)

Innerwear or hygiene-sensitive apparel (if applicable)

All such sales are final.

Refund Policy

We do not offer cash refunds once an order is delivered successfully.

Refunds will only be considered in rare cases such as:
✔ Wrong product delivered
✔ Product received in damaged or defective condition

In such cases, refunds (if approved) will be processed back to the original payment method or replaced with the same product, subject to availability.
